Why We Exist
TrueNorth Living Group, a veteran owed company, exists to address a simple but persistent gap in housing: there are adults who have the ability to live independently, but lack access to stable housing. Many have income, benefits, and life skills, yet still struggle to secure a place to live due to market barriers, limited options, or past instability.
Our role is to create housing access for people who fall between traditional categories, meaning they are not suited for shelters or programs, but not well served by the private rental market either. We operate shared housing designed to bridge that gap with structure, clarity, and dignified oversight.
By focusing on housing operations rather than services, we’re able to provide stability where it’s often missing. Clear expectations, defined house rules, and professional management allow residents to live independently while maintaining a predictable and respectful shared environment.
We work with property partners who recognize that housing access and housing stability are not the same thing. Our approach is built for alignment, between residents, referral partners, and property partners, so housing works as intended for everyone involved.
